Strata plans define vertical as well as horizontal limits of lands. They are “Plans of Survey” and as such must comply with all existing Legislation, i.e. Surveys Act, the Land Titles Act, the Registry Act, the Regulations and the Standards of Survey as prescribed by the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors.
