Farmland Retracement

Farmland retracement can serve to be one of the most challenging surveys to complete. The research usually finds historical evidence that may or may not exist based on the time that has lapsed since the boundaries were established. Often farmlands are defined by ‘the north half’ or the ‘easterly part’ know as Aliquot parts (a fraction of the overall lot) In order to establish the ‘north half’ the whole property will have to be surveyed.
