The Business Services Team is always ready to help. They are generally the first point of contact for every client and take ownership of all client questions and make sure that all clients are well serviced and receive prompt and clear communication. In addition to supporting external partners, they are also the glue that help ensure the day to day operations of each office is organized and a welcoming place for clients and staff, making sure each office is stocked with coffee and snacks.

The Production Team is where the magic happens and where our professional services are rendered. The biggest team in the company consists of Research, Field, Drafting, QC, Project Management, Site Plan, Imaging and Coordination teams. Each team within Production is responsible for an integral part of the workflow to produce our professional surveying services. There is no internal competition for resources as as the design of each team is to work together as one, for the benefit of our clients and as a result, in the best interests of I.S Surveying & Geoinformatics LTD overall using our one office model. The one office model for production means that the best team members are assigned to do the work based on their talents, not based on their working location. The combination and collaboration of each team results in a team of experts that also doubles as a healthy training environment for our “next” group of experts to be developed. Bringing it all together is an efficient, transparent, cloud based workflow.

The Finance Team provides strategic financial direction and ensures the integrity of all accounting, financial reporting, and control. This team is also responsible for the overall development of a financial strategy. They also play a lead role in collections, accounts payable, payroll and lead the way on the designing of new metrics, helping leverage our cloud based project management system, which help all teams understand the areas for improvement.

In our ever growing company, the HR team is becoming a more and more important piece of who we are and how we communicate with and support our team members. As a professional service firm where our people define how successful we can become, the HR Team is a key player in helping us refine our hiring practices and management practices for consistent leadership and management throughout the company.
